Retail Team 

Roles include: Sales Assistants & Stock Assistants

1. Submit your Expression of Interest
Search for roles and submit your application online or submit a single Expression of Interest, to be added to our candidate pool

2. Matched to Job
When a job is posted that matches your profile, you'll be invited to apply.

3. Interview
Depending on the role, you'll either have an in-person interiew or a virtual interview.

4. Outcome
You'll either be offered a role, or put back into our candidate pool for the next opportunity.

Retail Managers

Roles Include: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager & Store Supervisor

1. Submit your Application
Search for roles and submit your application online or submit a single Expression of Interest, to be added to our candidate pool.

2. Phone Screening
You'll be asked a few questions regarding your experience and motivations to determine your suitability.

3. Interview
We'll be in contact to arrange an interview with the line managers. This could be in person or virtually. 

4. Reference Checks
We will send you an email to nominate 2 x referees. Once these are completed they will be reviewed by the recruitment team. 

5. Verbal Offer & Onboarding
Congratulations! You will receive a call from our recruitment team to verbally offer you the role. Upon acceptance you will receive an email to complete your onboarding activities.

6. Welcome Call
Your line manager will be in touch with you to discuss everything you will need to know before your first day.

Support Centre

Roles include: Design, Finance, Online/Marketing, product, IT, HR + more

1. Submit your Application
Search for roles and submit your application online or submit a single Expression of Interest, to be added to our candidate pool.

2. Phone Screening
You'll be asked a few questions regarding your experience and motivations to determine your suitability. 

3. 1st Interview 
You'll meet with our hiring manager and recruiter. This could be in-person or virtually, which ever your prefer. 

4. Assessment Task
Depending on the position, you may be required to complete an assessment task. 

5. 2nd Interview 
You'll meet additional leaders or key steakholders and ask any final questions.

6. Reference Checks
We will send you an email to nominate 2 x referees. Once these are completed they will be reviewed by the recruitment team.
