Prior to sheduling an interview, candidates will be asked if they need an adjustment - this may take a variety of forms. For example, for medical reasons you may prefer a particular time for an interview, you may have a preferred mode of communication (e.g. video call VS phone call), you may have access requirements e.g. requiring a ramp for wheelchair access, you may require a support person or interpreter or many other adjustments. We encourage you to talk to us about adjustments you may need and how we can accommodate and provide support. If your recruiter doesn't ask you about workplace adjustments prior to the interview, please don't hesitate to ask them about our approach to workplace adjustments.
